Dan Pangburn is the brewer and one of the cooks behind the scenes at Footbridge Brewery in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Each batch is brewed on site in small quantities, allowing him to experiment with styles and ingredients while keeping quality and consistency front and center. When he’s not brewing, you’ll often find Dan in the kitchen. Many of the dishes served at Footbridge Brewery come from family recipes and years of backyard cooking, with a focus on slow preparation and bold flavor. From house-made pretzels to smoked barbecue and comfort food favorites, the goal is always the same: food that pairs well with a good pint and keeps people coming back.
