Introduction

At Footbridge Brewery, we embarked on a journey in 2019 with
a singular mission: to create exceptional beer using the finest Maine-sourced
ingredients while pioneering innovative brewing techniques. This endeavor has
not only led to a portfolio of award-winning beers but also to a substantial
impact on environmental conservation. We've reduced our water usage to less
than 2 gallons for every gallon of beer produced, saving thousands and
thousands of gallons of water.

We've grown significantly since our inception, nearly
doubling our annual beer production. Now, we're ready to take the next leap
forward. To expand our reach and bring the joy of our craft to a wider
audience, we invite you to be a part of our exciting journey.

Our Expansion Project

At Footbridge Brewery, we're embarking on a three-front
expansion project, each designed to enhance our offerings and reach new
horizons.

Front 1: Taproom Expansion and Brewpub

Our taproom has been a beloved spot for families, friends,
and beer enthusiasts. While it has served us well as a brewery, it's time to
take it to the next level. We're turning it into a full-fledged brewpub. Here's
what you can expect from this expansion:
Relocating the bar for more seating options
Adding a full bar to cater to all beverage preferences
Comfortable seating upgrades for a relaxed and cozy atmosphere
A revamped locally sourced menu for a truly memorable dining experience

We believe this transformation will make
Footbridge Brewery even more of a destination, where everyone can enjoy great
beer, fantastic food, and cherished moments with loved ones.

Front 2: Kitchen Relocation and Brewery Expansion

Already in progress, we are moving our kitchen to the garden
area and enhancing our brewing capacity. This shift will enable us to achieve:
A spacious, modern kitchen setup with added smoker capacity
Room for more brewing vessels, doubling our brewing capacity
Expanded brewing capabilities to meet growing demand

This move is a pivotal step in increasing our production,
meeting market demands, and ensuring you always have access to our exceptional
brews.

Front 3: Completing Our Bottling Line

Our bottle production is set to receive significant
improvements, facilitating a larger distribution network. We've already
incorporated a case-per-minute bottling machine, and now we're taking the next
steps:
Adding a date code stamper for quality control
Implementing a bottle rinser for pristine packaging
Setting up pack-off tables to keep pace with our bottling speed
These enhancements will enable us to distribute our beer
more widely and bring it closer to your doorstep, ensuring you can savor our
beer wherever you are.

Why Invest in Footbridge Brewery

At Footbridge Brewery, we're not just making beer; we're
crafting experiences, nurturing community, and leading the way in
sustainability. By investing in our brewery, you're becoming a part of our
vision. Here's why you should consider this exciting opportunity:
